By accessing or using the services of Ride with Denise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Ride with Denise provides car hire, airport transfers, chauffeur services, corporate transport, and long-distance travel across Uganda. All services are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed via booking request. Prices are quoted per trip and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and duration. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination details, ensuring timely arrival at the pickup location, and treating vehicles and drivers with respect.
Ride with Denise is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in our vehicles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
